Meet Karyn
Karyn Fisher is the Director of Upper School Learning Resources at The Park School of Baltimore, where she has spent the past 12 years supporting students with diverse learning needs. With 25 years of experience in education, Karyn has served as an English teacher, learning specialist, and college counselor, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the academic journey from multiple perspectives.
Karyn holds a Master’s degree in Independent School Leadership and brings a wealth of knowledge about how students learn differently. She specializes in working with students who have ADHD and other learning differences, partnering with both students and families to develop tailored strategies that truly work for each individual.
Her approach is rooted in meeting clients where they are. Rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions, Karyn takes the time to understand each person’s unique strengths, challenges, and learning preferences. She is passionate about empowering clients to advocate for themselves, build executive functioning skills, and develop the confidence to navigate their academic and professional lives with success.
